The Sprint Websites process

I have developed this process to allow for speedy timelines, and to provide opportunities for your input and feedback at appropriate stages. I hope these steps feel like a few easy laps around the track for you. I’ll reference this page while we are working together so you never get lost along the way.

The Start
(Building the Foundation)

    • Sprint Websites sends contract & first payment

    • You sign contract

    • You send first payment

    • Sprint Websites sends you a Questionnaire, Content Collection Form and link to Dropbox

    • You fill out Questionnaire

    • You fill out Content Collection Form

    • You upload photos, logos & previous marketing examples to provided Dropbox (or email if you are not familiar with Dropbox)

  • Sprint Websites thoroughly reviews all provided content and reaches out to you with recommendations or clarifications if necessary.

Design Phase 1
(Establishing the Look & Feel)

    • With gathered content Sprint Websites creates home page design

    • Video call meeting. Sprint Websites presents you with the homepage design

    • Post meeting you receive an email with the homedesign to review on your own

    • You send feedback on homepage design (fonts, colours, layout)

    • Sprint Websites makes requested edits to the homepage

    • You approve homepage design

Design Phase 2
(Building the Pages)

    • With approval of the homepage the remaining pages are designed & developed by Sprint Websites

    • You are sent the full development website for review

  • We will meet by video call to go page by page through your website and make edits as we go (You can also opt to send edits by email)

    • Sprint Websites makes requested edits to the development website

    • You approve website design

The Finish Line
(Launching the Website)

    • Sprint Websites invites you to be a contributor for the development website

    • You sign up for the suggested Squarespace package

    • Sprint Websites Connects your domain name to the live Squarespace website

    • Sprint Websites submits your sitemap to Google Console

    • Share away! Your website is live on the world wide web

  • Sprint Website will send you customized training videos so that you can update your own website (If you choose)

  • You send the final payment for your completed website
